Clothing - Cause Of Yeast Infection

No matter how fashionable you may choose to look, it is always the things that lie within that matter more. You need to avoid non-cotton, tight or dirty clothes that confine heat as yeast thrives high in them. Try to wear a skirt rather than a thigh-high sexy stocking and instead of a panty hose choose to go with no underwear or tights. You need to take care while using underwear. Use unbleached, undyed ones that can breathe and change them at least once a day. Also do not use them at nights and take extreme care to keep them clean when you have an infection. Wash your underwear well and dry them preferably using the iron. Using the microwave to dry the underwear might not be such a good idea after all!
